With almost 6 years in Chicago Real Estate, Ben has distinguished himself as an agent who listens to his clients, enacts and executes a plan to meet his clients’ goals, and is always there to assist and advise his clients through every step of the Real Estate Transaction. Ben’s steady flow of Real Estate Transactions keeps him finely tuned to what today’s buyer is looking for. His intimate knowledge of his market area allows him to deliver spot-on pricing opinions and market analysis.

Ben has undertaken specialty training and met the professional and ethical standards to earn the designation Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). The required in-depth training includes pricing and selling a home, contracts and negotiations, ever-changing real estate regulations, fiduciary responsibilities to clients, and going beyond aesthetics when evaluating a property. “The SRS Designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers.” SRS Council,, 2014.
